PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN INDIA AND PAYING IN INDIAN RUPEES
- Payment by Bank Transfer : Please WhatsApp us @ 98301 99676 and we shall send you our Bank Transfer details.
- Online Payment : Please use our online payment methods with your Credit/ Debit Card or Bank Transfer. We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, some polpular wallets like PayZapp, Ola Money, Airtel Money, FreeCharge etc.
PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS PAYING IN US $ OR BRITISH £
- We only accept payments in US$ or British £ and such international payments may be made through Paypal

Our website collects names, email addresses, and other personal information from customers and visitors only when submitted via our online form. This data is used solely by Lifestyle Accessories Inc., and is not shared, traded, or sold to third parties.
Our web-server also records IP addresses from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, to analyze trends, to track user movement, and to gather broad demographic information—all for the purpose of continually improving our website and delivering personalized, custom content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information and their collection is standard procedure in most web-server environments.
Delivery Terms
For Customers within India:
Shopping with us is easy. We ship all over India (save and except a few sensitive and non deliverable zones). Standard courier charges are fixed and is only Rs.120/- for packages up to 500gms. These deliveries normally take around 6-8 days to reach you. In case you need Express Deliveries (to be delivered within 2 working days), our charges are Rs.300/- for packages upto 500gms. or packages above 500 gms we may levy an additional charge based entirely upon specific shipping costs. OVERSEAS DELIVERIES ARE MADE ON REQUEST AND ARE SUBJECT TO VARIABLE SHIPMENT CHARGES DEPENDENT ON THE SHIPPING LOCATION. Please contact us for details regarding overseas shipment.
For all Standard Shipments we deliver all products within 6 working days from the date of receipt of payment at our Bankers within Kolkata and 8 working days for locations outside Kolkata.
For Customers outside India:
For deliveries outside India, shipment is subject to and is governed by applicable laws of the respective receiving country. Most of these are outside our control and jurisdictions. Hence we offer no Delivery Schedule or commitments. However, in case a Customer does not receive the package even after a reasonable period of time (which, in some cases, can be in excess of a few months) and in case the package is returned back to us in a ‘not tampered’/ ‘withheld’/’confiscated’ by the receiving country’s customs, we shall offer a full refund.
Customers requiring deliveries outside India are requested to check with their local authorities whether import of products sold by Lifestyle Accessories Inc, India form a part of their ‘restricted’ goods list. Further, in case any of the products sold by us come under a custom duty, the sole responsibility of such a levy rests on the customer and Lifestyle Accessories Inc, India shall in no way be liable or responsible for any expense on that account.
Refund Terms
All our Customers are eligible to claim a full refund in case the Customer does not receive the product within a maximum of 9 working days from the date of accepted orders (duly acknowledged by us in writing) for all deliveries within India. Additionally, in case of products received in defective or damaged condition, Customers are eligible to claim a full refund provided the intimation of defect or damage is given to us in writing along with a photograph of the product clearly depicting the damage or defect within 24 hours of receipt of such defective/damaged product/s. The responsibility of couriering the defective/damaged product/s rests with the Customer. Lifestyle Accessories Inc., shall be liable for full refund of the product price only and shall not be liable for any other costs or damages whatsoever, either explicit or implied.

Order Cancellation
Most of our products come under the bespoke/exclusive, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted category. Whilst utmost care is taken at every stage of the product creation process to ensure durability, aesthetic symmetry and congruence of our products, errors might happen in the rarest of rare occasions. In such a rare case when a product is discovered as defective, incongruent, sub standard or not fit for sale to customers, after being put on sale on our website, Lifestyle Accessories Inc., reserves the right to cancel an order even after successful payment by customers. Needless to mention, immediate refund shall be issued to the customer for such orders as soon as they are cancelled. However, our liability for such a refund is only to the extent of the amount paid by the customer and no other claims shall be considered for this purpose.
